Design Facility

ETMA offer a full in-house design facility incorporating state of the art technology including the utilisation of AutoCAD, Solidworks & Catia. To complement these systems we also have the facility to import & export data. Our team of design experts have a proven track record across a wide variant of projects from concept through to full production. This coupled with a multi skilled workforce and a comprehensive range of manufacturing techniques is a sure recipe for project success.

    ETMA's quality management system covers all aspects from concept through to production incorporating a 23 point (production part approval process) plan which can be adapted to suit any customer requirements.
    Currently approved to QS 9000,
    ISO 9002 and will shortly be accredited with ISO 14002
    Manufacturing Capabilities

    In the half a century ETMA have been trading many changes and improvements have been implemented. ETMA was predominately a supplier of zinc die cast parts for the automotive industry.
    Although our end users still include Ford. Volvo, Vauxhall and Scania ETMA saw the need diversify both our client base and the services we provide and so embarked upon a period of growth and restructuring.
    After 18 months of training and investment we now offer Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc Die casting,Plastic Injection moulding, Electrostatic Spraying & Pad Printing, Light high volume assembly, Sonic Welding, Fabrication and Welding along with a fully equipped tool room.
    Our production facility also utilises a bespoke management system capable of receiving schedule and order information through a direct data link. This can be adapted to incorporate new customers ensuring up to the minute progress reports and on time delivery.

    The dedication, hard work and total flexibility of our 60 strong workforce is now beginning to reap benefits with several lucrative contracts being awarded to ETMA.
