Razor Handles produced by ETMA are in most major supermarkets throughout Europe as chain own label products. The initial concept supplied by our customer was a considerable challenge to ETMA as it deviated from what was our normal scope of work. This product involves numerous processes including zinc die casting, plastic moulding, sonic welding, powder coating and pneumatic assembly. Two bespoke manufacturing cells have been installed capable of producing 200,000 razor handles per week and rising!! A new version of ladies razor handle has recently been introduced.
