The Seat Belt Buckle Assembly was one of the first pure assembly projects embarked upon by ETMA. With over 30 safety critical moving parts the assembly process had to be closely scrutinised. A semi automatic assembly line has now been installed capable of producing 30,000 buckles per week with an essential zero reject rate.
